RESTAURANTS & BARS
The Fare Nui Restaurant captures the magic of islands, combining culinary delights with stunning ocean views. The light and varied menu of the Fare Hana Restaurant, located by the swimming pool, is served all day long. The Motu Iti Bar, a convivial space next to the swimming pool, features a sunset terrace and is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of the lagoon.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The InterContinental Moorea Resort & Spa is EarthCheck Silver certified. Each of our resorts also participates in the international Reef Check program and has a “Green Team,” a group of hotel staff members, including the in-house marine biologist/veterinarian, to brainstorm ideas to conserve and protect the environment.
The InterContinental Moorea Resort & Spa is also home to the Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center , serving as a hospital to ill and injured turtles from the surrounding islands, and to the Moorea Dolphin Center , which offers interactive programs with retired American navy bottlenose dolphins in order to educate both tourists and locals. The proceeds are donated to Te Mana o Te Moana to fund marine wildlife research and research grants.
